The line of Overbench Fume hoods is divided into three distinct models: Cairo, VWS and PMMA. Each one of them has differentiating characteristics, sharing only the fact that they need a bench.

Moreover, the materials, design and purpose differ between the fumehoods, which allows to have a wider and complete line. However, these are simpler than the lines previously presented, and there is no possibility of adapting the services that the user may need.

Cairo Fumehood is designed for laboratories which constitute a high risk to users. It's a fumehood consisting of two distinct zones: outer body and inner body.

The outer body is made in steel sheet with powder coated of epoxy-polyester resins and serves as a support for the inner body and services that are located on the sides.

The inner body is the part in direct contact with the chemical vapors and is made in compact laminate. The standard model is delivered without any service, and is only supplied with a simple CAV (Constant Air Volume) control system.



VWS Fumehood developed for small laboratory works, made entirely in steel sheet with powder coated of epoxy-polyester resins.

This fumehood is divided into two parts: the body and the work surface (removable). It is a fumehood that does not provide for the integration of services and is only provided with an ON / OFF switch, which allows switching on and off the light and the extraction of air.



PMMA Fumehood, also referred to as acrylic fumehood. It is a fumehood designed for small laboratory work.

It is a hotte that is divided into 4 parts:

- Structural body manufactured in powder coated steel sheet of epoxy-polyester resins and serves as support for the entire structure of the hood. It is in this part that we find the levelers that allow the work surface to be always level and stabilized.

- Front window hinged with maximum opening hinges of 180º and can be manufactured in polymethyl methacrylate or glass.

- Side walls made of polymethyl methacrylate or powder coated steel sheet of epoxy-polyester resins.

- Working surface manufactured in stainless steel sheet or in solid ceramic stoneware.

This fumehood allows the integration of electrical sockets inside the fumehood and is provided with two ON / OFF to turn the luminaire on and off and the extraction into independent actions.
