To integrate the Financial Administrative Department, we are recruiting an Accounting / Invoicing Administrative Technician for the Branca manufacturing facilities with the following skills:

Desired profile:

– Degree in Economics, Management and/or Accounting.

– Knowledge of PHC.

– Good knowledge of English (elimination) and French (non-elimination).

– Very good knowledge of Office Tools.

– Pro active, technical rigor, committed, ability to deal with stress and work to tight deadlines, social adequacy, good interpersonal skills.

- Immediate availability.

 

Main responsibilities:

– Issue invoices to national and international customers, in accordance with legislation in terms of VAT and export rules.

– Monitoring of documentary credits.

– Sending weekly, monthly and annual sales and billing listings, as well as a monthly billing forecast.

– Daily management of the Receipts file.

– Updating of work listings.

– Make collections from customers, in collaboration with salespeople.

– Manage international shipments of goods, handle and monitor the processes and communicate with international customers about the status of dispatches.

– Launching of Invoices without integration in the PHC.

– Calculations of the commissions of the commercials of the national market.

– Manage Correspondence: registration and distribution.

Function Description:

- Supervise the accounting and finance department;

– Ensure the correct execution of the company's accounting and taxation;

– Demonstrative and analytical participation for decision making in various areas of the company (financial indicators).

Requirements:

– Higher education in accounting or similar;

– Certified Accountant by the Portuguese Accounting Association;

– At least 4 years of experience in the field;

– Ability to resolve conflicts;

– Good communication skills;

– Goal orientation;

- Good interpersonal relationship.

Hours from 8:30 am to 17:30 pm;

Function Description:

– Receipt of material from suppliers;

– Validation and verification of the material delivered according to the guidelines;

– Warehouse maintenance (storage and cleaning).

Requirements:

- 12th grade;
– Professional experience in similar roles of at least 1 year (Preferred);
– Experience with a forklift and pallet truck (preferred);
– Mastery of Office and PHC Tools;
– Organizational skills, methodical profile and ability to work in a team;
– Dynamism, proactivity and sense of responsibility;
- Immediate availability.
